Choosing the Right Card

Standard CR80 Cards (86 x 54mm)

The CR80 is the standard card size across the full Edikio and Evolis printer range - compatible with the Edikio Access, Edikio Flex, Edikio Duplex, Evolis Zenius and Evolis Primacy. This is the most popular size for food signs and price tickets at deli counters, butcher shops, bakeries, supermarkets and hotel buffets. Available in black, white and a range of colours.

Long Cards - 120mm and 150mm (Edikio Flex Only)

The Edikio Flex is the printer in the range that accepts long-format cards. The 150 x 50mm card is the preferred choice for deli counters, butcher windows and buffet displays where a longer, more prominent food sign makes a stronger visual impact. The 120 x 50mm card is a useful mid-size option. Both are available in black and white.

By Material - Matching the Card to Your Environment

• PVC cards (standard) - suitable for the vast majority of food retail and hospitality applications. Food-safe from freezer temperatures up to 60°C. This covers chilled counters, deli cases, butcher windows, buffet stations and most standard display environments.
• PET heat-resistant cards - for environments that exceed 60°C, such as pie warmers, hot food display cabinets and heated buffet stations. PET cards maintain their shape and print quality at higher temperatures where standard PVC cards would warp.
